含小分子褐藻醣膠之乳霜對皮膚抗老化之初步研究

台灣含小分子褐藻醣膠之乳霜對皮膚抗老化之初步研究
 
文獻摘要:
許多文獻雖已證實褐藻醣膠應用在細胞或動物實驗上具有良好的抗發炎、抗腫瘤、抗癌及促進纖維母細胞之增生效果,但迄今極少文獻研究將它應用在化妝品中,探討對人體皮膚之改變。
因此本實驗室初步藉由添加台灣小分子褐藻醣膠製成1.00 %、3.00 %與10.00 %三種不同濃度之乳霜,
經15名女性受試者使用後,分別以皮膚膚質測定儀(VISIA^(TM))、多功能皮膚測定儀(Cutometer^® MPA580)與超音波分析儀(DERMALAB^® COMBO)測定臉部膚質改變情形。

實驗結果顯示:分別使用1.00 %、3.00 %與10 %乳霜7天後,皮膚膠原結構可以提升18.28 %、17.83 %與22.96 %,彈力則分別提升1.41%、5.22 %與6.93 % ( p<0.05),紅色素分別降低2.44 %、5.30 %與6.15 %,
光滑度分別改善39.41 %、43.81 %與46.85 %,皺紋分別改善9.40 %、32.11 %與42.89 %。

實驗結果證實:使用含台灣小分子褐藻醣膠乳霜,能明顯的改善膚質,提升皮膚抗老化能力。
 
Many literatures have confirmed the good anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, anti-cancer and promote the proliferation of fibroblasts of fucoidan in cell or animal experiments. Till now, very few literature have reported on about its applications in cosmetics and the changes it may bring to the human skin. Therefore, we added 1.00 %, 3.00 % and 10.00 % three different concentrations of small molecular fucoidan into cream, after applying on 15 female facial, followed by detecting the changes of facial skin by skin texture analyzer (VISIA^(TM)), multifunction measuring skin meter (Cutometer^® MPA580) and ultrasound analyzer (DERMALAB^® COMBO). The results showed that: after respective using 1.00 %, 3.00 % and 10.00 % of cream containing small molecular fucoidan for 7 days, skin collagen structure were increased 18.28 %,17.83 % and 22.96 %, respectively, elasticity were promoted 1.41 %, 5.22 % and 6.93 % ( p<0.05) , respectively, red pigment were decreased 2.44 %, 5.30 % and 6.15 %, respectively, smoothness were improved 39.41 %, 43.81 % and 46.85 %, respectively, wrinkles were decreased 9.40 %, 32.11 % and 42.89 %, respectively. The results confirmed: cream contains small molecular fucoidan can significantly improve the skin texture and show notable anti-aging ability.
